Travis Etienne Describes Playing Alongside Trevor Lawrence

The reunion of college teammates Travis Etienne and Trevor Lawrence was postponed last season due to a Lisfranc injury Travis suffered last August. The wait ended on August 12th as they took the field together in the Jaguar's second preseason game against the Cleveland Browns. Travis Etienne ran the ball nine times for 23 yards and described the feeling of playing alongside Trevor Lawrence as "like we were just back in the old days." The two were a dynamic duo at Clemson University and there are high hopes for their partnership in the NFL. Trevor Lawrence spoke on the return of Travis Etienne saying "it’s just great to see him back out there obviously it’s been a long time since he’s played...I think he looks great, obviously, he’s still kinda getting back in the rhythm of things cause he hasn’t played in so long but just to see the plays he made tonight."
